This piece celebrates the contours of the female body,
with clear lines and curves, sculpted with sharp cuts in realistic scale.
The figure moves away from us, crosses the wall that turns it into bookcase - merging the figurative with the functional.
In addition, it is an attempt to adopt a specific moment that occurred in reality and use it as
an expression or artistic statement. The conceptual move aims to breathe the spirit of a wellknown
actress (Jennifer Lopez) as she ascends the steps of the world-famous MET gala event,
into a statue that serves as a metaphor for life.
