Tomas Lanner was born and raised in Sweden until moving to the US in 1996. His formal artistic training spans print-making, painting, metal sculpture, and multi-media collage. He enjoys painting cityscapes and architecture in ways that the viewer may be unused to, thereby creating a new world of imaginary color schemes and grid-like skies. He has an additional online gallery containing older works here and on occasion gives private art tutorials. Lanner lives in St. Croix with his wife Amy and daughter Frida.
