Listen up everyone- I’d like to introduce you to a new artist on board at SALT Gallery. A long-time friend and talented portraitist Luis Gutierrez has joined the group of emerging talent in the SALT Gallery project. Gutierrez: painter, lover, smiler, vibrant man on earth has some amazing stories to tell of his diverse and colorful life, enjoying struggles and happiness with the same strength and courage. He is devoted to his craft and finds peace and harmony through depictions of the world’s realities through powerful iconic portraits.

For those of you interested in something different than the SALT Gallery artwork or the usual things you see in your hometown gallery, SALT has recently been asked to find buyers for a collection of original Peter Max paintings and one piece by Romanian Alexandra Nechita. The artwork can be seen here.
Peter Max’s vivid colors and design-sense speak for themselves. Nechita is widely popular to collectors and her paintings have kept their value through her already prolific career- this girl had her first show at eight, started drawing before she could speak, and has already visited and perfected several genres.
